Zachary has been an avid, award-winning home brewer since 2005. Unable to find commercial examples of particular beer styles, Zachary decided to channel his inner Maverick and make his own.
Unbranded Brewing Co. draws on his ancestral lineage in its name, its cuisine, and, most importantly, its approach to beer. As the eponymous Samuel Maverick reframed conceptions of branding by openly defying them, so Zachary founds Unbranded Brewing Co. to transcend traditional styles of beer as it reinvents them.

Lance is a Midwesterner, born and raised by the good folks of Bluffton, Indiana. He moved to south Florida in 2012 where he completed his PhD at the University of Miami, learning the most important truth of all:
THAT IT’S ALL ABOUT THE U, BABY.
In Miami, he fell in love with home-brewing and ultimately decided to make brewing a career, landing with Unbranded in 2015. He and his wife Tamara are proud new parents to their very energetic son Silas, and a second one on the way!
Ultimately, Lance is most inspired by the artist George Michael who taught him that, among other things, guilty feet have got no rhythm.
